Here at Aussie Outback Store we offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 for all orders under $75. FREE shipping on all orders over $75 Australia wide except for remote areas. If you are in a remote area you will be contacted if we cannot deliver or if extra shipping costs will be required. In the event that extra shipping costs are required you will be given the option of full refund or pay the shipping costs required.
All products purchased on AussieOutbackStore will be posted within 1-2 business day after purchased. Your items will be posted from one of our stores in Australia. If you do order 2 or more products they may arrive at different times depending on where in Australia the items are located. Postage anywhere in Australia is normally 3-7 business days
Change of mind:
In the event you receive your product and have simply changed your mind, We are happy to offer a store credit upon the return of the item based upon the item is in its original packaging in unused condition and not missing parts. Purchaser will be responsible for postage costs.
Please note: Refunds will only be issued for damaged or wrong item sent, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or Replacement. You will receive the credit within 7 days, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is for Change of mind purchase. If the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged in transit please contact us ASAP for a return label for it to be returned to Aussie Outback Store.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or wrong item postage costs will be covered by Aussie Outback Store. Please contact our store for a return shipping label. Items that are damaged or not working will be repaired or replaced and sent back to the customer. Refunds for damaged items will be issued if replacement is out of stock or discontinued.
If for some reason your faulty item is sent back to Aussie Outback Store for inspection is found to be not faulty then customer will be responsible for postage costs both ways before the item is returned. Please check your user manual and contact our store before returning any item as it could be a simple fix over the phone.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
