Not Bad, but not great

I needed a larger amperage output lithium compatible charger when this one came up on clearance. The courier delivery service were a joke, not only being slow and with absolutely no direct contact between company, driver and customer and they even delivered to the wrong apartment. Their online delivery notification happened almost 2 hours after the actual delivery occurred. Fortunately, an honest tenant in the other flat brought it to me as it was addressed correctly.
But, to the unit itself. It feels solid but looks a bit cheap, the alligator clips in particular look really dinky, about the same size as my other, smaller 10amp charger. I put it to work immediately charging a new 12v 120ah lithium battery. No auto recognition that it was a lithium battery connected but a quick button push corrected the charging ritual. It then charged fairly quickly from about 30-to75 percent, according to the simple charge window anyway. Charge amperage seem to stay at the maximum 20amps and the unit remained fairly cool. Once the battery achieved 75% charge, it did not appear to progress beyond this level. Voltage checks directly off the battery never went above 13.6v, meaning my battery was at about 80 percent of charge. I left it connected and charging for over 5 hours, monitoring it regularly. Nothing appeared to change at all during this rather extended period.
So overall, a little disappointed in that result. It really should have achieved 100% charge in that time.
It never overheated, great, and the percentage of charge readout is nicely clear as is the voltage readout.
Oh well, it was cheap on sale, but I expected a better result from an apparently near $200 RRP product.
