**Warranty Coverage:**
- All Aussie Outback Store products come with a warranty, the duration of which may vary depending on the specific item (unless otherwise stated).
**Notification and Contact:**
- If you encounter any issues with our product, we kindly request that you contact us via Email as the initial point of contact.
**Warranty Claims:**
- In the event that Goods (products) become faulty during the warranty period for reasons unrelated to your actions, omissions, or misuse of the Goods, you must:
- Notify us in writing and/or complete a warranty claim form, which should include a description of the fault.
- Return the faulty Goods to us in accordance with our return procedure.
**Review and Examination:**
- Once we receive the faulty Goods, we will follow the return procedure, which includes forwarding the Goods to the manufacturer for review, testing, and examination. Please note that the manufacturer will not arrange for the collection of the product.
**Investigation of Claims:**
- Based on the manufacturer's professional assessment and opinion, we will be provided with a reasonable opportunity and necessary facilities to investigate any claims made under the warranty.
