- Return the faulty Goods to us in accordance with our return procedure.

**Review and Examination:**
- Once we receive the faulty Goods, we will follow the return procedure, which includes forwarding the Goods to the manufacturer for review, testing, and examination. Please note that the manufacturer will not arrange for the collection of the product.

**Investigation of Claims:**
- Based on the manufacturer's professional assessment and opinion, we will be provided with a reasonable opportunity and necessary facilities to investigate any claims made under the warranty.

**Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:**
